If you cancel or reschedule
- You can cancel or move your consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time.
- How: call +359 886 491 772 or e-mail mak.design.mebel@gmail.com with your name, date and time.
- Consultations are currently paid on site, at the meeting — so a cancellation costs you nothing. If something comes up at the last minute, please let us know as early as you can.
If you prepay online (once this option is available)
- Cancelled at least 24 hours before: full refund.
- Cancelled less than 24 hours before, or no-show: no refund.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation.
If we cancel
We will call you and offer a new time. If you prepaid and don't want a new time, we refund the full amount within 14 days.
Other services
For design, furniture making and fit-out work, payment, cancellation and complaint terms are agreed in the individual contract with each client.
